Wheel sizes and offsets

Hi guys

I'm looking at some alloys and not sure if they will fit
Help needed

Fronts 18 x 8 225/40/18
Tears 18x9 255/35/18

Will these fit my 2000 1.9 z3

Tyre and wheel sizes are ok but depends on the offset

Also that the stud spacing is correct - 5x120 pcd

The offset on the rear is 9?

No that i would assume is the width

• Bolt pattern 5x120
  • Diameter: 15'' - 18'';
  • Width (inches): 7 - 9.5;
  • Offset (mm): 35 - 47.
