Just spoke to Platinum Alloy Wheel Solutions in Swindon who used to be Lepsons about getting my 18" Breytons refurb'd. Powder coating is £63.60 per wheel (including chemical strip). One of the wheels has a flat spot on the inside of the rim, which will cost £12.00 to do at the time. Not ever had a set of wheels refurb'd before, does this sound reasonable? I'm going for an anthracite finish, and they have several shades available. Won't be able to decide on the exact shade until I see the demo wheels when I drop off. Is there anything else I need to watch for with alloy refurbs?
