So began with stripping down sill no.2 on N/S with the hope it's better than the O/S I did a month or so ago.
It is actually in better nick. Anyways wondering what this is. See attached?

Tbh I only noticed when looking through pics after I had stripped everything off. I'll have a look later.

I have seen tracker devices located there in the past in another zed

It looks like an early Tracker device. I've only ever seen them fitted under the passenger seat previously.

Most likely a tracker, got one in exactly the same place on mine. But mine has a box above it also.
