What's the best pollish for wheels?

Any tips appreciated
I've never bothered to use any separate wheel products but as I have had my wheels nicely refurbished I want to look after them,hence the title above. Don't know which combination to use so any help much appreciated.

i find the polish that operate hand car washes the best sorry chap i cant help here but i couldn't resist

If your wheels are perfectly clean use a sealant plenty on the market.
Poor boys wheel sealant.
Chemical guys wheel guard.
I use finishkare 1000p high temp wax or Wolfs rim shield.

I use auto glym on the bodywork and they do a wheel sealer so I may try that.

This stuff is used by a lot of pro detailers:

I've used it and it's excellent stuff.

It's used on boats so it is very durable stuff.

Just another choice.

Preparation is key to everything on paintwork and wheels etc.

FK1000P is the only thing you need IMO, It is a high temperature wax that will last around 3-4 months.

After cleaning your new wheels and polishing them with whatever you have, use an applicator and when you have applied to all wheels you can go back to the first and buff it off.

I use a turtle wax wheel polish. Whatever you get needs to be heat proof so don't think of using your regular car polish mate.

It doesn't need to be heat proof at all mate believe it or not.

I have used many many products over the years and have finally got a list of products for all tasks.

Mate its fine lol! I was just going of the stuff I purchased, it said on it..."designed specifically for wheels, works at high temperatures" or words to that effect!

Gtechniq C5 for long term protection, FK1000P if you don't mind topping up every few months (depending on car usage)

As i was in Halfrauds the other day i bought the Auto Glym wheel sealer. It's a spray on type.
I applied it as per instructions,was supposed to dry in 1 and half hours,it didn't so i had to put them in the house where it was a lot warmer to dry.....but ended up with streaky run marks .
But when i ran a clean cloth over them the marks went luckily . don't think I'll use that again.
I'll go for one you apply on a cloth and buff off.
