What is this plug

Hi folks,

I was cleaning behind the arches after taking them off to replace the front wing when I found this plug. I don't know where it's from and there's no obvious connection - I'm assuming it's for a light but can the experts identify it please

At a guess I'd say its the loom for the head light washers (if fitted as an option) could be wrong though.
