what are these wheels off

    does anyone know what car these wheels are off, cant make my mind up if i like them or not they are 17"
    with 245/45 on the back
    215/45 on the front
    is this normal to have different sizes,
    only had the car a month so still learning

    i am going to have them restored soon, i might change my mind once they are happy shiny

    It's perfectly normal for BMWs to have them wider at the year than the front. Usually get referred to as 'staggered'.

    I've seen similar to those recently in 3 series fitment. BMW Style 23, from the E36 3 series. According to the screen grab I took they were also fitted to the Z3 1.8 & 1.9, but I don't think I've ever seen a Zed actually wearing them. Looks to be exactly what you have, and pretty rare on the Z3 as well :)

    I have a feeling they are one of the E36 M3 option wheels, but I can't guarantee that information.

    225/45 17 usually the front tyre size though.
