Just noticed that someone has nicked a bmw valve cap off my car, worth all of 25p from China. Cost of living issue is hitting bad

I put 4 new wheel centre caps on my Z4. A while later I noticed I had 2 old knackered ones on the drivers side. Could only have happened in the carpark at work. After that I wound some insulation tape around the grips to make them harder to remove. You had to force them out from the inside.

To true, but still gone for new one lol, currently a black one is in its place...OCD is kicking in and I nearly went back to all black, but holding on for the deliveryI find the cheap black caps blend in with the wheels, especially with having the shorter valves
My wife's Golf GTi had this problem - doubtless in the school car park - but I would never use cheapo plastic caps - they are not called 'Dust Caps' for nothing! I fitted new Schrader metal caps, but painted them black - no more problems! Alternatively, they could be coated in superglue . . .
