nice..skiathos looks like a good location for couples..me and the mrs have been looking for an affordable alternative to our recent fave spot formentera..its just so ridiculously expensive..

Hi joey yeah it was a great relaxing holiday , were now looking at places to go next year , lol, thinking of Italy , when Alan has time I want him to put a video clip on here that I managed to capture of the airport in skiathos , it's one of 2 shortest run ways in the world ( so I'm told ) you can get up really close to the aircraft , I've got a clip of people being blown away with the force of the aircraft as they were so close , me and Alan hid behind a rock to see the planes take off , it was fantastic 
awesome! sound like a great place to go..i'm sold!

italy is lovely, being half sicilian I am biased but you can't beat the food!
let us know where in italy you are thinking of, I may be able to suggest good food or accommodation.

We were in Skiathos Town in the Bourtzi Hotel. Troulos would be quiet at night. Did you get around the island?Where did you stay , we were in Troulos , very quiet , just what we needed, like you say lovely people , it was our 2nd time their
Will be in Taormina at the end of August - 14 years now!
Yeah we went to different places and beaches by either taxi or buses , it's so easy to get around , the buses are bus stops 0-20 so can't go wrong , the beaches are lovely , it was so hot hitting about 44 degrees
Just had a quick look on google at Taormina , it looks lovely , lucky you , enjoy yourselfs

Have passed Agrigento on one of our trips - we usually stay in Taormina where we now have friends, but have also travelled around the island and spent time in Porto Paulo and Cefalu. Great place, lovely people, great food and wine!
