Water Ingress

I get water ingress where the hood goes behind the rubber seal that sits on top of the rear quarter.
what I then notice is the inside bottom edge of the hood is damp as if it has been sitting in water.
Is there a drain anywhere below/behind the rubber seal to let the water out that runs down the hood and goes behind the rubber?
