Water in boot

I’ve got problem with water in the boot. Seems a huge lot under boot lid. And rear end carpet just below bulkhead. I’ve also lost the rear window plastic frame. My car is a facelift 2000 model. Am I right to the fact these don’t have the third brake light seal?

No, they do have a 3rd brake light seal, which, is very prone to leaking. Along with the aerial grommet, the rear roof seal, and the rear light seals.
