You can buy the OEM cupholder direct from BMW if that helps I purchased 4 from BMW High Wycombe - give them a shout

As said you can get the OEM cup holder from BMW if they have any left as the last run was limited to 800 for Europe I believe, though they didn't do the armrest
I then got the arm rest from @Southernboy who makes them for the OEM cup holder and fitted it myself, its a great bit of kit. Have a chat with him as he also does an alternative design of armrest / cup holder that folds out of the way if you don't want to use it, I bought one of these for a previous Z3 also a good bit of kit.

This is @Southernboy arm rest the cup holder swings out from underneath flips up out of the way too.
