Wanted: Right sill panel in cosmos

Hi all, I have a bit of bubbling on my lower sill at the rear, not sure if I should rub it back and respray or just get a new panel and not have to worry. Could anyone point me to somewhere that I can get a replacement panel? (preferably in cosmos black)

Car is a 1997 1.9 Z3

A replacement panel in good nick would be hard to find with it be a common issue.
They are still avaliable from Bmw at about £130 if remember correctly but you would need to get it painted.

Difficult to tell from the pic but yours looks preface lift, I might have one that is currently red but as I am a panel beater and painter, cosmos could be sorted, its not new but in very good condition and has a few years in it, only surface rust on the inside which would also be treated and undersealed.
