My car is Z3 Roadstar 1997. Am looking for the following
1- Name of the attached part.
2- How much it will cost to replace it.
3- Is it possible to replace it with the second photo and how much it will cost.

Yes what you need is an oem roll bar kit.
Second hand all the parts required are around £300
