Hello all,

I'm trying to get hold of an E36 style CD head unit for my Z3M, with the aim of returning it to a more original look.

If anyone has a working one that they no longer need, I would be happy to discuss pricing, would also be prepared to collect if within a couple of hours from Berkshire.

Thanks

Thanks for the compliment, and for the CD 43.

Sorry I couldn't stay for a cupper, but had to get back before 19:30 when my wife was going out!!!

Looking forward to catching up with everyone at Silvertsone, also finding out what the story is with the tool kits!

Thanks Again,

Renaud (AKA Neil)

The thing is Neil, some of the M`s came with wheel changing kit, ie, wheel brace, jack etc and some didn`t ,as the new owners were too mean to have them as an extra, hey James :))

I was going to let you off Hornel but referring to the "no question is a stupid question" statement in the other thread, there is just the one, "do I need a wheel brace and tyre jack for a car that has no spare tyre?" :))

I think the BMW sales guys were having a laugh to see how many customers actually knew what they were buying. For those that didn't they would get charged extra for the parts, then get a puncture, take the wheel off and go hunting for the spare only to find an extra exhaust :-\ #-o :)) =))

Either that or the customers couldn't grasp the concept of this fancy inflation kit thing, so insisted on having the tools anyway so they could take the tyre off, confirm it was flat and put it back on again :)) =))

Yes and each time I see Paul respond.

Interesting to know that people actually opted to have the tools as a paid extra, going by Paul checking his options list.
