My wife has been wandering around the house singing Wandering Star. I thought I would cure her by buying the DVD of Paint Your Wagon, but it isn't on sale anywhere except at one store where they want £35 for it. I eventually found an iTune download at a much better price.
Whilst it was downloading, I looked at the reviews. Oh dear. "This film is not worth a review. Not even a put down." Then I watched it. Talk about bad taste. "Let's bring prostitution to No Name City." They have got a number of actors who cannot sing, but who do their best and to make it worse, put a really good male chorus behind them.
It is one of the funniest films I have ever seen. Yes, it cured my wife, but now I am wandering around the house singing "Pass me down that can of beans." If you haven't seen it do it now. You will enjoy it.
