meanwhile the pot holes are left.....hmmm maybe driving over a pot hole at 20 mph is less damaging than 30 mph...I will get my tin foil hat

Not sure how her to the left feels about towing a cart, can be a flighty bu**er at times. Ain't never going to reach 20mph, either.

And anyone that exceeds 20 in the middle of Nefyn will soon lose their exhaust. Damn those speed bumps.

Occasionally we see horse and carts here and they definitely go faster than 20 mph
