just acquired a von haus electric impact gun. my biker mate had one a few weeks ago and showed me it i got to say i was a little dubious about it being so cheap.. £35
when i spoke to him the other day he said he used it to get off a 42 mm motorbike nut on something, he had a 4ft bar on it and it wouldnt move... well i though lets get one and give it a try, as i have been doing suspension and some pretty tight bolts on my front shock absorbers the drivers side shock absorbers was original and 22 year old and i had to use a 4 ft bar on the to get the 18mm nuts moving... any tried this thing out today and must say it cracks off nuts pretty well and made light work of my passenger side suspension nuts which were far too tight for mt breaker bar...
any way just thought i would share this... its obviously not classed as a professional tool but a hnady tool to have in you armoury...
500nm loosening torque and a 2 year warranty..
