Brilliant run yesterday from Dobies Garden Centre near Morpeth up to Duns in Scottish Borders organised by Mike Milbourne from BMWCCNE. BeemerBoyo and myself attended, thoroughly enjoyed the spirited B road drive up to Duns as there was absolutely no traffic on the roads. Weather was fantastic. Had lunch in the Jim Clark Bistro in the centre of Duns then a short 5mins walk to the Museum. Ford Capri Owners Club had lined up together with a few Supercars outside the Museum to look at whilst we waited for it to open at 13:00. Although the newly extended Museum is not very big it had loads to keep you interested and we spent nearly 2 hours watching some videos and viewing the exhibits.
