Vented Fuel Cap

Does anyone have a source for a vented fuel cap for Z3s?
I want one to mitigate the possible collapse of the fuel tank in summer months due to vac in an emptying gas tank (which subsequently damages the fuel gauge float).

A vented fuel cap might give you a check engine light if your car is equipped with a fuel vapor recovery system (not sure what year that started). Otherwise, a fuel cap for your year and model should have the venting needed I presume.

I had a vented cap that was for a Mini & MGB - but they are no longer available. It did not throw codes on my 98 1.9L
There is meant to be a venting mechanism on our cars but they all fail and as a consequence a vacuum is created in the tank (that you can sometimes hear when you get close to an empty tank and open the cap).
Anyway. I really want a vented cap

Drill a teeny tiny hole in it maybe?

Been there, done that.
With a full tank there is spillage even with the smallest hole.
