Air coming over the top of the car will be sticking close to the body and be creating lower pressure region right where the spoiler is I would have thought. It won't be adding much downforce other than from its weight.
The only region of denser air is between the owners ears.

ps. That is rather unfair to be honest, they have a large boot, you can get 4 18" 108 wheels in the boot.
