Only managed just over a minute. Couldn't take the computer generated voice over any longer.

I understood it all, but only because I understood it in the first place. I'm not sure it's a very good video for a complete VANOS novice.
It's a very complicated subject to teach anyone who doesn't already understand the nuances of how to improve performance in an IC engine.
