What about take the good high value bits off, shove a standard set of wheels and seats on it and part ex it at a garage for what car you want and sell off the parts.

Not a bad idea.
Well if you look at the value of the wheels x3 sets of sport seats and your other parts seems a good route to me, if your dampers and springs are newish another item you can sell on if you can find a std set cheaply.
