Upper mount -BMW Z3

Dear friends,
I am replacing a suspension to B12 for my 1997 BmW Z3 but I found a problem to tighten the upper mount as I don’t have a special socket. Can someone advise me if it ok to fasten the nuts on upper mount after I install the suspension on my car?

Yes, you can tighten the top nut when the car is back on its wheels. I use an impact wrench to do this, usually before releasing the spring clamps.
