Model of Z
Z3 Roadster
Hello everyone. What a friendly Forum! Thanks for all the welcome messages. I called at the garage/dealers today to see how things were progressing with my "new" Z3. Fortunately I know these chaps and have had cars from them over the years, so I know things will be sorted eventually. From what I have read, most of the "problems" seem to be fairly common to this model and year.......loose aerial mount, inoperative/broken drivers door mirror, something about bushes in drivers seat mechanism(?), fog-light glass needed, defunct radio. They have installed a very impressive radio with no CD but a usmpfireball xl5 facility At least, I think that's what he said but I'm quite hard of hearing and technology left me behind circa. 1966. Reassuringly, the car has 4 wheels. Onwards and upwards to happy motoring! Regards to all........John
