What's wrong with your current headlamps
think i need to bake them at 200c so i can clean the insides
No, definitely don't bake them at 200c, @Davyhoogy tried that and it didn't go so well 
My advice would be 100c for 5 minutes at a time. I've done it a few times now with different headlamps and it works a treat.

100C for 6/7 mins then a min at a time if needed. A good wipe out inside or a polish if the lense is dirty.
Could even fit the halo rings like myself and Sean did.
