Been there, done that. Many times. Being a mechanic for a living isn't all fun fun fun let me tell you. And the number of times I've had to deal with rounded-off adjuster nuts that someone else has given up on, well..............
Why oh why can't manufacturers put just a bit of copper grease or similar in there on assembly? Is it just because the car will be out of warranty by the time anyone gets involved with track-rod ends? Answers on a postcard, please.

Bmw track rods and rod ends are still problematic on new bmw models seize really badly in a relatively short time frame we have issues with wheel alignments on them on a regular basis design is different now than zed 3 but still lock up really badly while outwardly looking pretty good.

I used copious amounts of copper slip on the new ones so hopefully............
