Looks great! I made the heinous mistake of clicking on a Lanoguard ad on Facebook a week or two ago, and now I am getting totally spammed with them 
It is working though, as I am considering getting some and applying it later this year...
I'd be interested to compare DIY vs. a garage - Do you mind if I ask roughly how much you paid? And did that include the surface prep?
