I have recently acquired an OEM wind deflector, I have tested it against the one I made and they both perform about the same, however I am undecided which one I prefer style wise. I am swinging towards the home made one as it looks a lot slicker and more modern.

I prefer the Perspex Sean. I'm not a fan of the other type

To be honest mate I bought it because I thought it might perform better but it doesn't, my right side is better but my left is worse

Don't mind either mate but if you really pushed me I'd go with the perspex.

Perspex in my opinion - I've got a mesh one but getting a perspex one off @Lee looks a bit more modern I think

Perspex for summer and mesh for winter.
That Perspex one is really nice looking.

I had a thought towards total originality, but decided what i really want is a thing of beauty and some of the more modern additions just makes my Monty look IMO absolutely gorgeous. I always look back when walking away and still very proud i own my little beauty.

I actually really like your perspex one. what have you used to mount it with, it all looks very neat.

I think you should keep the OEM one and flog me your perspex one!

Like the perspex one mate but the mesh just shades it. That said, go with the perspex if the Boss prefers ;)
