Theres probably been a lot of dicussion about this in various other threads, but I couldnt find one directly about the subject. Having done a lot of suspension and engine work on my z3m i found that the recommended tyre pressure of 34 psi left my wheels spinning in third, so Ive dropped down to 31psi for a compromise of speed and steering sharpness. What are other doing? Im running Michelin Pilot Sport Cups which is a firm tyre.

32 front and 34 rear seem to work best on mine. 2.8 with 18 inch staggered set up. 225 front and 255 rears.

its down to the individual tyre make....my contis would run softer at the read ..around 2 bar....and i hated them,,,really hard and took some getting warm.
the avons i have on now run at 2.2 bar all round and feel much better..a softer tyre wall so no tram lining issues and they hang on well but because you can keep the pressure higher they still feel sharp

I run 32 all round just depend on the tyre really and how spirited you drive if you will feel much of a difference. When it is running smooth just experiment a little starting at 32 and see how it goes.
