Tyre pressures for non RFT

I think we're settled on replacing the Bridgestone rft's for Goodyear F1 AS3's over the next couple of weeks. Obviously the tyre pressures will be different, but the manufacturers plate only gives RFT figures.

Are there any official BMW pressures for 19" non RFT or what do you recommend running them at?

There won’t be any official BMW recommendation but I’ve recently changed from run flats and have set rears at 36 psi and fronts at 34. This has been recommended by other E89 owners and it feels pretty good on mine too. The change from the Bridgestone run flats has been amazing - wish I’d done it ages ago.
