Tyre pressure?

I've had my Z4 2.2i SE for a bit less than a week now; enjoying it thoroughly so far though I do have a question about it, the car has 235/40 R18s both in the front and the rear.

I am a bit puzzled as to the actual tyre pressure I should go for, currently I have this as 33 psi across and the car seems to handle OK but is this ideal? The manual does not seem to indicate pressures for this specific tyre... Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!

Seems a bit odd having 235/18's all round if they are standard BMW fitment on the Z4. Usually 225/40/18 on the fronts, although not unknown with after market rims... which wheels do you have? Pics would be helpful if you don't know.

I usually run 32psi on my 225/40/18 sized front tyres, but as mine are wider on the rear 255/35/18 I run those at 34psi.

No idea on the wheels I am afraid. I can take a pic tomorrow though and add it; maybe that could help.

To be honest I'm just being nosey Around 32 psi +/- 1 or 2 should be fine. You say you are happy on 33, so you are probably about right!
