Took the Zed out for drive today and thought we'd go over the moors, beautiful sunshine on the coast...not so much up there! But never mind some stunning seanery.

Stopped off in Princetown for a bite to eat at the Plume of Feathers and found this sorry looking Z4 in the car park.

Actually doesn't look too bad in the picture but trust me there was mould growing on the paintwork and the brakes were rusted solid. Nobody in the pub know who owned it.

Lovely meal then off across the moors towards Tavistock.

Stopped off for a ice cream at Newbridge Hill, gratuitous car shots of course, top up cos it was cold and wife standing out of shot cos she's not eating that in the car!

Plenty of dead flys to clean off tomorrow plus picking up a DA polisher to give the paintwork some tlc. All in all a great day, checked codes on return and still all clear!!

Enjoyed reading that, nice photos too .
You have some lovely scenery to take in where you live and some good roads :coolsteer).

When you get your d.a it may be worth asking for some advice on here before you use it. There's different compound polishes and pads etc so it can be a bit confusing at first.

Car looks great, like the de-badged rear. Did you remove the chrome Z3 badge?:)

Thanks Steve, the paintwork isn't that bad, my own fault really with some careless cleaning over the years. Only needs a gentle compounding but using a machine will help with the arm ache:confused:

Yes, I'd removed the engine size badge the day after I picked her up then the Z3 badge a few years later, think it works better on dark colours where you notice the badges more.

Nice write-up and your car has a nice plate - shame about the Z4!
