Jesus, what a waste of a life. We were all young once and I for one drove like a nutter, ask Jue, when I met her many years ago I was a complete prat to put it mildly, you don't think when your that age.

These things always happen due not knowing your limits and or the roads. Yes i can be made sometimes but only if i also know its safe. I would not chase another driver. Its a sad shame and my sympathy goes out to the parents who pick up the pieces

Been up there myself, definitely not a road for speed, narrow in places, loads of hairpins and huge drops. Beautiful, but the wreckage of previous crashes stand testament to now dangerous it can be to the unwary.

I too drove that road and there are places where it could take months for the crews to get around to recovering vehicles and bodies during the winter. Very unfortunate!! JIM
