Torn rear screen 😢

My z3 rear screen got torn rear screen about 10 inches looked at changing fit new screen but my screen no zip it just sewn into the roof so looks like unpick all the stitching not looking good heard can take days to restitch in new screen in might be more simple get another roof or just blank of rear screen or try repair with new piece clear pvc any idea please looks awful good job weather hot get roof down?
