Top Down 13/12/2014 ( Brief encounter )

1-15pm decided on a quick run out top down 1.30 on the road .comming out of Glossop spots a Silver Zed .soon caught it up.lol. Turns out its a member Jamezee out for a bimble. Soon turned into a quick blast round a few roads and called for a coffee at our usual stop at Hope nr Winatts pass.Then a nice run int dark over the snake rd back to Glossop.Had to put the top up 1ml from home .Rain...Got a few funny stares driving in the dark top down .ha ha.
Moral is .Your never alone in a Zed
Or watch out theres Martian about.

1:15 plan was to move the zed from beside the drive onto it and pull the hard top off. Wanted the take a top down ride as it's above average temp today (+8c) with the Trinitys. Well there's a bit of a rise and the car swung around 90* on the snow and wouldn't get enough traction to get over the top. Backed it up, now it's hung up on some logs and need to hook up the truck to pull it off the pile. Pi$&;d right off As my wife was in Wpg shopping and couldn't get a hold of my son. Plan for tomorrow, pull zed out and go for a drive, unless Martians move it for me tonight! Glad you enjoyed your day, at least!! JIM

No you aren't crazy because, 100 years ago, all drivers were driving in the open air; it was no cover for the driver at any time of the year , like it is still today for the coachman.
So you aren't crazy you are just in a time gap. A pleasant one.

did harrogate over to wetherby nice cuppa then onto york for a nice fish tea.
grandson can we drive through york a couple or 3 times.
loud as u like.
