...to the bodyshop;)

She's in for a full respray so she can have all her little problem areas sorted out.

While she's there her wheels are going off for a full refurb also.

I can't wait to get her back.:D

Z3 is a great fun car, but using it as a daily drive is not practical for me at the moment, the fuel savings that I am getting with the Z4 is considerable using at least a quarter less than the Z3 returning 36mpg on my runs to work and back. I find the Z4 more comfy than the Z3, I do agree about the wind in the cockpit, lot more in the 4, what was the matter with the ride Dave? I love the ride and feel of the Z4 easy to drive (Don't like the steering when not using the sports button though way to light) and no drama's but not as much fun as the 3. But even though I like the 3 more than the 4 I will keeping the 4 for a while, still got my eye on a 3 though when it becomes practical. I will return to a 3 one of these days...

Are you going to get some sort of protective paint shield on the front Dave?

...what was the matter with the ride Dave?
We found the ride very, very hard,:(. We're used to a hard ride as our Zed 3 is a sport but the Zed 4 was a different level. I think it would have been great on a track but on our roads was just too uncomfortable. It was on 18" run flats and I did put the 17" style 78's from the Zed3 onto it for our Euro cruise which made it much better. If we had kept it I would have changed to 'normal' tyres and perhaps new wheels. Like yours ours was a sport and agree about the light feel without the sport button. Fuel consumption was better than our 3 but as ours is not a daily no problem for us.The other problem was the seat. I could drive for about an hour ok then I would get terrible backache and no matter what I did with the seat I just couldn't sit for more than about an hour.
