Seems a shame to take a knife to it, but needs must etc.

Only one piece left, and the border into Wales is closed. Shame. Now, what shall I experiment with this time?

It's ok, I'll take one for the team.

There's three of your five portions of fresh fruit and veg in there. Some other stuff, too. Not quite enough white wine in the jelly, but that just means I'll have to experiment a bit more. The next one is on its' way.

Is it possible to fly to Dublin and then get the ferry back to Holyhead?

Sorry, all gone.

Next one in fridge, setting. Apple (Pink Lady) cheesecake with a layer of white wine jelly on top. Ideal for the sophisticated alcoholic.

I would love to have a go at making one of these.....but.....

You know when people say ‘ I cant even boil an egg’.........well it turns out, .....its true!!!!!!!

Another culinary disaster.

I put a couple of eggs on this morning ....and basically forgot about them till one exploded after the saucepan boiled dry.

Think I’ll stick to toast

Observe the "No bake" bit of the title, there's a clue there. The ones I've been putting pretty pictures of on here are just me using a bit of imagination, no training (in cheesecake making, anyway) just get on and do it. Delicious to the last drop.
