Time to put it to work !

I received a Voche battery conditioner for Christmas and I decided today was the day to put it to work. I have an 065 Battery which came off Gary's VW T4 and it had been standing for a year now. It says that this tool can bring back to life a long depleted battery. We shall see.

Price was just below £50 less a good Black Friday discount of 25%.

It's a cheaper end of the market battery by Drivemaster an Andrew Page brand. If it gets this back to life I will be impressed!

Led indicators showing 12V and charging.Lets see what they tell us tomorrow. It also has capacity to charge frozen batteries although if my battery was frozen it would be thawed before I cared enough to do owt about it.

ps. The big test is when it gets hooked up to my Z4 when we go on holiday !

I have an AA trickle charger. Used it for all 3 of my Z3 batteries. I just rotate it every couple of weeks between them. I keep the batteries in the garage.
Worked well for me and very happy with it

I've got the one from Lidl which is very similar and works well to keep the batteries topped up. Not so good from a dead flat battery but have a normal battery charger for that.

Me too Brian, I have an accent trickle charger which I bought in the min 70's from the Chrysler garage I worked at. It was a Mopar (Chrysler's own spares brand) and still works ok. Also a few years ago Shirl bought me a Ring brand heavy duty charger/starter unit, a great bit of kit. You can buy these ones at B&Q.

Out to the garage this morning and the indicator is showing full charge.

So I'll put my drop tester on it tomorrow and see what it says.
