I have for sale my tilting ramp.
This is a brilliant bit of kit that has made doing jobs on my zeds so much easier and quicker.
It is made by Automotech Services in England, and is rated to lift 1500kg.
it can tilt forwards, backwards or remain level, and you can easily lift the car front or rear by hand to the opposite incline.
The centre bars are well clear of the underneath when lifted, so you can remove exhausts gearbox etc.
There is a manual handle, but I just use a drill which I will include in the sale.
The lift is quite heavy (strong and sturdy) but I can still manage to get it from stored vertical to under the car on my own.
I find that I have to lift lowered cars with a trolley jack at the back to slide it under from the side.
Ideally you need about a metre at the side to be able to manoeuvre it underneath, you cannot drive over the top of it.
The platforms are rubber lined and it never slips, regardless of the angle, they are also adjustable side to side.
They can be removed and the lift closed up for transport which makes overall dimensions approx 32' x 68". so it will fit in a large hatchback or estate car.
It has been well used, but I now have bought a scissor lift ramp, due to a displaced disc in my back.
They are approx £440 on eBay,
I am after £250 ono, with the drill included.
Collection from Telford.
This video wasn't at full height by the way.
