I need to replace both Tie Rods and the ball joint on the steering linkage, are there any particular brands that people recomend or have experience with? Many thanks PS car is a 2002 Z3 2.2i Sport

I replaced mine with Moog just because its a brand I have used and trusted for years.
Meyle HD.
I did a bit of digging around and in the end went for Lemforder one's. Turns out they make OM equipment for BMW so managed to get them online, I ordered them from Autodoc ( was suspecting this site to be a scam, as they were so cheap ), took a while to arrive but they've been fitted this morning and they fit perfectly!
Be careful as not all Meyle is HD. Some is Meyle standard and gets reviews no better than the rest. Can't remember about tie rods.

Delivery charge made by Autodoc is a bit steep if I remember correctly as they are mainland Europe based, what did you end up paying for them? I always compare CarParts4less on line and Micks Garage and a few others to find a good brand and best prices.
I paid £88 all inc postage for both left and right complete assembly's with the rubber boots a well, so seemed very cheap.. just took a while for the shipping from Germany but I wasn't in a massive rush
