Decided to take advantage of the weather yesterday and head up into the Dales in Andyglym fashion - entry point for fun was Wetherby as its motorway/duals before that for me really.
So onto Pool, for a fill, then up to Settle, and Ribble Valley, through Hawes and Buttertubs twice - to Thwaite.
Returning Via Leyburn, Masham and onto Ripon. From there the boring run home.
320 miles of topless fun in the sun - but did come over grey at one point. Fuel should return about 38 - 40 mpg too. Surprisingly not too busy either spotted a couple of Z3's one parked in Hawes - light blue/green with white stripes and roundels ( doesnt work IMO but each to their own ) and a black near Masham.
The Dales are a great place to be, especially when the weather plays ball - I love to get up there for some fun driving, and to see the Ribblehead Viaduct.
