Nice one, oh, good tactical parking. A 'tad' better mpg than my 2.8 on a round trip from Cumbria to Switzerland ....... :whistle:

I was very pleased with the MPG, general cruising at around 110kph. Car normally does around 38 mpg in mixed driving in UK. Think the mainly clear autoroutes and other roads in France/Spain makes a big difference to fuel consumption. Had cruise control on a lot. If they spoke English, I might go and live there!:)

It did look rather home made. Poor chap didn't have a hood (or aircon). It was 36 degrees in the que. Lobsters came to mind!

Once built one of the three wheeler Lomax cars with the brother in law, it was surprisingly quick and a hoot to drive.
