Afternoon all,
First off sorry admin if this is in the wrong part of the forum

I'm thinking about selling my 2002 1.9 z3 but have no idea what I'd ask for it?
It currently needs a few things. full exhaust system from manifold back a couple of new tyres and the passanger door handle seems to have just started sticking, and looking at prices and trying to justify it whilst trying to save for a house and honeymoon. Don't get me wrong I love my wee zippy but I just don't think I can afford the up keep. Looking for some feedback and what you guys and girls would do??

Yeah @Low Rider I'll probably replace the exhaust but after that I'm going to need to let it go. The wife will kill me if I spend any more money haha

It has 87kish I'm sure and it's not to bad. A few rust bubbles forming in the usual places but haven't cracked the paint or anything. Hoodo in good condition and protected with gtecnik fabric.

I've been looking for this particular model for my son and they range obviously, but a clean model with that mileage is around £2500 with service and a few extras like heated seats. I have seen them with 50k on the clock for £2750. But also as high as £4000!!

@S54addict ahh really? To be honest I haven't had much time to check for the going rate. It's got 8 months mot. Not a full service history but Iv had it the past year and a few months and it's been treated like a king haha.
And sadly no heated seats either haha

The money you get through selling will be spent in a flash - and you will have lost both cash and enjoyment of the car. Put the car into storage - save for the bits that need fixed - and enjoy the fun of improving the car gradually!

Thats 6 pot money and what you might pay for a 2.8, a 1.9 of this condition will top at £1500 but closer to £1200, just my opinion of course
