To console myself I shall take Child number two out for a drive round the Yorkshire Dales 😎
#favouritechildinjured
Sucks, but all fixable back to pristine. She’s definitely worth it!

Oh dear, feel for you Andy! I caught the front wing of my E85 once manouvering in the garage about a week after I'd just had it resprayed. :banghead: It seems to feel worse when it's your own fault.

Do they allow dented old cars in the Yorkshire Dales?
Seriously, sorry to hear that Andy.:)

They would have heard me screaming up in Little Egg Harbor..............................Frankie
As it happens mate, Egg Harbor heard me. My swear jar was overflowing and my foul language bleep machine crawled out of the door exhausted straight into the arms of a physiatrist :bashhead:

School boy error Ken 🤬

MOT day today. Got the engine nice and warm then went into Italian Tune mode up and down the Distington bypass for 30 minutes then straight in for the MOT. Sat in the waiting room like an expectant father ........... PASS!! With no advisories, which was nice. To celebrate I took my favourite Child on a 'plod' to Penrith and back (80 miles) :coolsteer)

Overcast and raining but a drive is a drive! Wheel span all the way back up the track so a quick hose down and in the garage.

Irony. Followed a speed camera van for 10 miles and he was clocking 65-70 and was only a couple of metres from the car in front, in the rain! Then he sat in a revenue collection service area to clock speeding drivers going up the outside lane of a crawler lane

Isn't it a funny thing how, after passing the MOT, we feel we must celebrate somehow. I find myself with feelings of elation and gratification. It often gives me the impulsive feeling to celebrate somehow by going out to dinner or buying myself something as some kind of treat. Or....like you've been let out of jail or released from school for summer vacation. It's almost like coming out of the doctor's office after your yearly exam and he tells you you're doing just great................................Frankie

Great job, Guinness time:drinks:

Any money ? ;)
