Welcome to the dashcam club mate, I never use mine now but will on cruises, put one on when you get your Zorst done so we can here the roar.

I just take out the SD card (make sure the camera is shut down first) and pop it in a card reader and plug into a USB. Dead easy to pick out bits you want to keep.

Still snow on the hills - very picturesque.
The video out of the camera is good quality - far better than the encoded/cross-coded version you get to see on YouTube. But, it's not as good as the earlier version that I had. That was much sharper. They use more aggressive compression which kills the quality a bit.
It handles driving directly into the sun very well though.
What's most amazing is the remote boot opening feature that yours seems to be equipped with

I have the 412g and for some reason I can't get it to record sound. They are a good thing to have,just a real pain uploading to YouTube etc,so I don't bother so much nowadays.
