First 13 minutes have been good already! It's like Top Gear, but with a bigger budget. The first 5 minutes must have cost as much a whole TG episode...

Will be settling down and watching it tonight with a glass or two of Jack Daniels Honey, Must admit this has been one of my most anticipated programs to watch for the year, along with the new episodes of Game Of Thrones, Black Sails, Vikings. Cant wait to watch it..Top Gear is dead long live The Grand Tour. I for one want to be entertained, and if I really wanted to find out about a car I would research it myself, so Car related antics are for me every time, not boring specs on a car and half hearted opinions from lack lustre presenters, Sports Cars regardless of the genre and cost are fun and should be conveyed as such.

For people like me who are to tight to pay to watch TV you can get an online 30 day free trial on Amazon.......;)
You might have to change your e.mail address after 30 days but that's no big deal and if they spot your IP you could down load Hidemyass.com......

Snoopers and hackers online can't trace your activity back to your real address and find out who or where you are.
HMA! brings you an important privacy tool like the ones that banks, law firms, other businesses, and governments use to protect their important confidential data.

My s***'s custom!
It's a really good program and back as Top Gear used to be. I like the title too as they've clearly switched "TG" to "GT".

That's epic! The BBC must be weeping in their cornflakes :ymdevil: Shame.

Agree Andy - Big budget, well planned and executed wonderfully. It looks like there's some serious american financial backing behind that and they intend to take it where some of the great tv drama series from the US are. Makes the BBCs decision to go with Mr Shouty look really rather amateurish.

Just watched it and really enjoyed it. A big big budget but at least they are not trying to over compensate with it being a new show and it is a very similar Top Gear format. Well done to The Grand Tour they seem to have got it right and the BBC Top Gear got it terribly wrong

Yep agree with all the above. Superb, we both really enjoyed it. Just like the good old days. As said I think the beeb may be weeping quietly in the background!
