Ok Folks. Yes its here... Due to confusion and the post being hard to follow I have redone the thread.

Roger @DutchScorpion, has confirmed the the Dutch Limborit run will be Sunday 11th June 2017. Starting from near to where we started from last year. Sleneken in Southern Holland.

Proposal is as follows.

Friday 9th - Hotel Booked is Holiday Inn Ashford Central. Via Booking.com

Saturday 10th - Travel from Folkestone to Calais and then on to Sleneken. Hotel booked for the Saturday and Sunday night in Sleneken.

Sunday 11th - The Dutch Tour. @DutchScorpion will I am sure put a thread up for the details.

Monday 12th - Travel to Spa. I have arranged the tour.. We need to be at Spa about 10am again. The same as last year. We then head south to the town of Epinal Staying at the Ibis Epinal Centre for one night.

Tuesday 13th We drive on to Switzerland and stay at the Astoria Hotel Furkastrasse 55, 3988, Switzerland for Two nights..
Swiss Mountain Passes....

Wednesday 14th - The Astoria..
Swiss Passes...

Thursday 15th -
For those returning from Calais on the Friday.
We start to head north to maybe Reims or somewhere similar. The hotel on mikes link is the one I have booked for myself.

Friday 16th
Return to Calais and on to the UK.

SPA. AT present if we get all 15 spaces filled the price will be less than £20 per car. Once I have the final invoice I have to pay and the exchange costs I will confirm as I did last year.

Those wishing to go on the track. I have a limit off 15 on the track. If any more I will need to book another slot for 15 cars. @DutchScorpion Would you like to ask your group if they wish to join us ? We might have a few spare in our allocation. So if a lot more of your group maybe wish to come along, please feel free to ask and I will sort out the other group of 15.

Cost is very expensive... £18 per car.... yes thats per car not per person. As long as I get the whole 15 spaces filled.

Right Paul ive sorted the route from Epinal to the astoria via the grand ballon (pie shop an coffee stop)its one we have used .again the route is one we use so ithink it will be ok this will take us to uffholz and mulhouse.from there we jump on to m'way system to wassen switzerland.then up the sustenpass and then down the grimsell.visiting the view point Miller visited
Onto the Astoria. Hopefully everyone will be happy with this.
Billz is going to do the route on his laptop when ha gets a moment as i am fkn useless.

We will all need our vignettes for the swiss m'way system. Ive got mine now.

These run from Jan to Dec and cost about €38 ish .

I have no previous experience of a trip like this, so all advice on Tolls or anything I need to take would be welcome.

You will need to carry 1x Hiviz for each person in the vehicle (to be kept in cab) 2x Warning triangles. Bulb + Fuse Kit. You will also need headlamp deflectors. A GB sticker unless you have Euro plates. A Swiss Vignette for the Motorways. Regarding tolls we just pay as we get to them as we try not to do them. A decent incar Dashcam to capture the special driving experience so you can play back and wish you were going again. Euros and i would also get some Swiss francs
