What a day for it as well .
Out in the @Mint playground on one of Dave's borrowed tomtom routes, which was absolutely fantastic, both getting there and back on different routes.
I not say where as I bet Dave will guess from the pics.

It was really good to be out again after all this time mate :).
I had hoped to get out this weekend until the starter motor packed in on Friday in Lincoln.

No mate I was at Tanvics at the time and had no way to get it home so I left it with them to do but they only have 2 of 6 men at work and are rammed out with work.
Jard called at 10 to 5 to confirm it was the motor and he'll have it done tomorrow assuming he can get one.

Tony.

Yes, we know where you were:thumbsup:, that was a good route and picnic spot. Great photos from Mrs Bozzy;). Did you have fun on the long sweeping roads above Longnor?

Same here although not the starter motor...my car needs a new fan belt...and water pump. So, parked up until Wednesday when it is in with the indie mechanic. Then, a thorough clean and polish in anticipation of s tootle.

Had a bit of a blast but kept catching the exhaust in some places so had to take it steady. Must get some thicker rear spring pads to lift it a bit. Those roads are awesome though and there were barely any other cars up there.
We thought the picnic spot would be busy but there was only a handful of cars there, I think we missed the rush luckily.

The roads were fairly quiet to be honest Dawn.
Just the usual hoards of idioticaly parked cars outside the usual places like Carsington water because the car parks are closed.
