Hi, I recently bought a 1997 2.8 Z3.
I bought it cheap and have already used "zroadster" to sort some the inevitable small issues you'll find on a £700, 21 year old car... (hence the thanks in the thread title) so I thought I'd join and try to give something back.

I do a lot of work/ restoration on my cars including engine rebuilds, welding & fabrication. My last project was changing a 986 Boxster from RHD to LHD...

So hopefully I can be of some help as well as benefiting from the abundant experience on the forum

I'm living and working in France at the moment (hence the RHD to LHD swap)...

But the Z3 is currently on my dad's driveway in Cheshire- I'll hopefully bring it over next week.

Regarding the price, it's done 195k- but goes well considering... I believe the M52B28 single Vanos engines are pretty strong (if maintained properly...)
