Hi All,

Just want to say a big thank you to all those who wished me well following my accident in the Fiji, it was much appreciated.

I've got some other options to consider (retirement abroad or gogo travelli in a motorhome) but because of the camaraderie shown on here, on the FB page and at our gatherings I now have to consider getting another Zed

I also want to say a special thanks @Paul Rice for picking my stuff up from the recovery yard and posting it to me (after I forgot it when I went to get the hardtop!).

Thanks,

Tracey

Nice to have some good choices there Tracey and must be a hard one as they both give a great life experience must make you reflect on a potential near miss. Hopefully a Zed is still in the picture. Maybe convert a double decker bus with the bottom floor to keep a Zed in and roll out when you parked up. Take some convincing with the wife I would think:D

In 2008 we bought a motorhome and over the following 4 years had a fantastic time exploring around Canada and the US. There are a few practical issues owning a vehicle without a residental address but these can be overcome.

If you fancy doing something, follow your instincts; much better than looking back and saying "I wish I had done ........ when I had the chance.
How about; buy the motorhome and tow a Z3 to use wherever to set up camp? Now theres an idea!!

We bought our home in Florida to have as much time there as we can. When the time comes to part with it maybe I'll have a newer Z of one sort or another. But there won't be any regrets so have a good think mate and do what makes you happy.

Tony.

Life isn't a rehearsal Tracey, its a journey of experiences. Only you though can decide where you will go on it.
As others said, theres always a place for you amongst friends, no matter how long it takes to return.

This goes for the rest of you 'orrible lot too :D

Yep, I'll back up all the comments, just do what your heart tells you, no way i'm saying the accident was a good thing but if it kicks you off in a different direction go with it.
